What inspired Dejiner's setup was our love for our family. We want families who love to eat barbecue can eat healthier and better taste barbecue. We chose to keep the meat juicy and nutritious, while we do not add MSG additives in the meat marinating process, so our ingredients are healthier. 
We started out to create a BBQ brand with zero MSG additives and industrial seasonings. We stick to the standard process to ensure consistent production of our BBQs. 
Our history- in 2016, the first Dejiner kebabs was opened in Wanxiang Runjie Street, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The small shop covering only more than 50 square meters made it to the first place of BBQ in the area. In 2018, we expanded the store, reducing the time it takes to queue up for customers. And we were awared the "2018 Must-taste food" by Dianping. In the same year, we opened our second kebab in Xiangshulin, Chengdu. In less than 3 months after opening, we made it to the top 1 in the area again. In 2019, working together with Chengdu Malubianbian Co. Ltd., we opened more franchsie stores in China - Deyang, Wenjiang, Pidu, Wuhan, Shenyang, Zhuhai, etc.. Later, we were once again nominated as the "2019 Must-taste food" by Dianping.
