Founded in 2011, the brand inherits the secret recipes from the senors, and integrates traditional Cantonese cuisine with Portuguese features to become a new cuisine. Michelin's signature dishes include: crispy rice with water crab chicken soup, special curry beef brisket, ancient mutton brisket pot, pepper pork bone pot, oil-immersed yellow croaker, black tofu with black roe, etc. Lei's Cuisine has been selected as recommended restaurant of Mizhilian for three consecutive years and selected as the best landmark gourmet shop in Macau in the Golden Horse Award of China Hotel in 2016.
