Pastelaria Ng Teng Kei was co-founded by Mr. Wu Yuquan and Ms. Xu Qinglan in 1949. They began to sell them on the street with “car stalls”. The industrious Mr. Wu is affectionately called “unstopping Uncle Wu”. Pastelaria Ng Teng Kei is famous for “cold cake” and “red bean cake”. It is precisely because of its insistence that the unique traditional delicacy of cold cake and red bean cake can be preserved in Macau. It inherited three generations of old craftsmanship.
